How to transfer your domain to another registrar Print

First, we would like to mention that you do not need to transfer your domain to another registrar if you are moving your hosting. You can simply update your nameservers to the nameservers of your new host. See this article for more information:

Step 1: Prepare

1. Check the Registrant's email address: 
2. Log into your Frikkadel account
3. Click domains
4. Click the "Active button next to the domain you wish to transfer
5. Click "Contact Information" on the menu on the left
6. Make sure that you have access to the email address listed under Registrant Contact.
7. Xneelo instructs you to release your domain: Your domain registered with Frikkadel is not locked and we do not offer privacy protection for .co.za. This means your domain does not need to be released.

Step 2: Transfer
1. Register & / or Log in on Xneelo's portal
2. Order your hosting package
3. Upload your website & set up email addresses
4. Submit your transfer request on Xneelo's portal
5. Accept the voting ticket sent to the registrant's email address
