If you are a Frikkadel client and you have made payment via ATM, please send us an email to finance@frikkadel.co.za which includes the following information:
- Date the payment was made
- The reference you used (e.g. invoice number)
- Amount paid
Once we receive the information we will capture the payment. If the payment does not reflect on our bank statement yet, we will reevaluate the situation after 2 - 3 days.
If you are NOT a Frikkadel client and you have lost your ATM slip, please contact the recipient and ask them to verify that they received the payment on their bank statement.
