Email Setup for iPhone (iOS7)

Add your mail account

Tap Settings

Move down and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars

Tap Mail


Tap Add Account

Tap Add Account on iPhone iOS 7.


Tap Other

Tap Other on iPhone iOS 7.


Select Add Mail Account.

Tap Add Mail Account on iPhone iOS 7.


Enter your Name.

Enter your Email e.g. hello@example.com, example.com being your domain hosted by One.com.

Password is the password that you selected for the email account in the Control Panel.

Enter a Description e.g. hello@example.com.

Tap Next.

Highlight the IMAP tab.

For Incoming Mail Server enter imap.one.com as Host Name.

Enter your full email address as User Name e.g. hello@example.com.

Enter your Password that you selected for the email account in the Control Panel.

For Outgoing Mail Server enter send.one.com as Host Name.

Enter your full email address as User Name e.g. hello@example.com.

Enter your Password that you created in the Control Panel.

Please note that even though the field says Optional you need to fill it out.

Tap Next.

Tap Save.

Synchronize folders with server

The next step is to synchronize Mailbox Behaviors with the server, to make sure that your mails are saved both on the device and on the server.

Tap the mail account you just added.

Tap the account you added on iPhone iOS 7.


Tap your account again.

Tap your account again on iPhone iOS 7.


Tap Advanced.

Tap Advanced on iPhone iOS 7.


Tap Draft Mailbox and select Drafts.

Tap Sent Mailbox and select Sent.

Tap Deleted Mailbox and select Trash.

To complete the setup, tap Account and Done.

Select folders on iPhone iOS 7.

Congratulations, you have successfully set up your One.com mail account on your iOS device.
